Renting at HPF
We are delighted that you are considering choosing Historic Poole Forge for your special event. This web utility will allow you to start the process in renting our facilities. We offer two major types of renting: the pavilion for small groups, such as family picnics, and special events for large groups that will encompass the entire park.
First you will pick an available day and time, then you will provide our staff with information about your event. Next, our staff will contact you on your desired time and date to arrange further details, payments, and confirmations.
Using this page does not mean you are obligated to rent, nor does it reserve the day/time that you choose. Although a day/time may be marked as available, someone may be in the process of reserving that day. The best way to reserve a day is to pay quickly. Historic Poole Forge Inc. and Caernarvon Township reserve the right to accept or reject any application for the use of Historic Poole Forge that is felt to be inappropriate to the property.

Hosting Special Events
Historic Poole Forge is the perfect place to host a wedding, or other large event.
- Small and large groups (up to 300).
- Spacious grounds for two large tents.
- Onsite indoor restrooms located in WTH and mansion, or deluxe portable toilets (not included).
- Onsite parking for immediate family and friends (up to 30 cars)
- Large parking lot a short distance away with shuttle (not included).
- Wine and beer service permitted.
- Electrical hookups available.

Rent The Pavilion
The perfect location for a family picnic, birthday party, reunion, and much more.
- Pavilion size is 30’ x 60’ and can hold approximately 90 people.
- Approximately 12-14 tables can fit under the pavilion, with about 8 people fitting per table.
- 4 electrical outlets provided in pavilion.
- Parking for 25 cars.
- Two charcoal grills are available near the pavilion.
- Price range from $60.00 for a half day, to $100.00 for a full day.
